....these days between Christmas and New Year - anyone else think so, or is it just me?
It is nice to have loads of crafting time though, in and amongst recovering from the operation, and I've had a real good sort out of my unmounted stamps so they are now all neatly stored away in a folder so I can see exactly what I've got. Bit of a shock realising I had so many, so I have resolved to use them more, beginning with this card.
I do like creating borders around my images and this Paper Artsy stamp is perfect for the job. Tilda is paper pieced, papers and brads are Cosmo Cricket and flowers are Kaiser.
I'm itching to get out, but can't drive for a while yet (although my lovely friend Liz did take me to Next yesterday!), so it's another days crafting for me then.
Thanks for visiting xxx.

A beautiful card Juliet! I love the stamping around the image and your colouring is gorgeous. Glad you're doing ok after your op and it's nice that you have some extra stamping and sorting time! I really need to do the sorting, it would make things much easier LOL! Happy new year. Chris x

Just been looking through your lovely blog - super cards, including this one and the one below (love the colours on that). Glad that you're recovering - take care to get fitter each day, but don't go overdoing it - enjoy the crafting!
Lovely card, great colouring. Like the way you have stamped the edges of the main image and the flower centres.
Well done you on sorting your craft stuff out - everytime I go to sort mine I get side tracked, end up making more cards and it just gets more and more untidy :-(
Would love to see how you have stored your unmounted stamps, any chance of a picture on your blog?
Have opted for a quiet night in too, with Tia Maria/Coke and snacky bits LOL.
Happy New Year
Sam x
