Daring Cardmakers - 'Tis the Season to Recycle

And finally for today, my card for the Daring Cardmakers Challenge -'Tis the Season to Recycle, which speaks for itself really.
Paper is My Mind's Eye, Laundry Line. I cut a piece of cardboard from a recycled pizza box, stamped with Adirondack acrylic paint in snowcap using recycled bubblewrap and sprayed with Craftynotions silver Shake'n'Spray. I used a recycled 'notes' page from last year's diary, and blended Ranger Distress inks in antique corduroy and old paper over a Tim Holtz mask. This was also misted with silver and stamped with a Hero Arts script stamp with black Versafine. The bird, also stamped is coloured with Ranger Distress ink and the sentiment is a silver rub-on. Flowers are Prima and Kaiser, brads Cosmo Cricket and fibre from stash.

As you can see, this is way off my usual style but that's what challenges are about isn't it? I loved using a couple of techniques new to me and am really pleased with how it turned out. Thanks DCM xx

Oh my, this looks amazing Juliet.
You’ve done a great job with those new techniques and the recycling and to look at your card I would have thought you had been doing them for ages.

Your card is simply stunning!
