Arty Girlz Challenge

I had chance to have a go at the Arty Girlz Challenge today and I had great fun. I find now I have more time, I am able to 'experiment' much more, which is a big bonus as I'm actually using much more of my stash.

The challenge is simply to use buttons on your project. Paper is by Crafty Individuals, the heart stamp is Penny Black, the flower stamped on the acetate flowers is Studio G (I used StazOn ink for these), and I can't remember where the 'faith, hope, love' stamp came from, sorry. The buttons, fibres and brad are from stash, and I Glossy Accented the lady's face. Various Distress Inks were used for the embossing and edges.
Another massive departure from my normal style, and a lot more learnt.

I just wanted to mention, because I know the ladies at the club where I teach will read this, that the most beautiful bouquet of flowers arrived yesterday. I am so touched and grateful and want to say that you better not have forgotten anything when I get back! Seriously, thank you so much ladies - you're all wonderful. xxx

p.s. - look after those Circle Journals!
